Standard Delivery

1) Subject to payment approval.

2) For all orders placed before 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday before 3:30pm will be delivered the following Monday unless discussed with your Account Manager. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday. 

3) All deliveries must be signed for.

4) Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to support@egenisys.co.uk immediately.

5) Order up to 3:30pm for Next Business Day delivery

If you have requested Standard Delivery there must be someone available to take receipt between 8.00am – 5.30pm.
